Serve as one of two brand strategists responsible for new business strategic initiatives, creative briefings, all primary and secondary quantitative & qualitative research and client presentations. Contributor to our Strategic Intelligence Report - Wake Up Quarterly
Served as the primary account contact between the agency and Microsoft, working directly side by side with the Head of Accounts. Client portfolio included; Windows 8, Surface and OEM (original equipment manufacturing). Responsibilities ranged from managing all day to day client communications, attending client meetings/production shoots, presenting strategic initiatives and internally managing creative deliverables.
I worked closely with the Customer Engagement Department of Audi of America, Inc. and the Audi Club of North America (ACNA) to grow membership of the ACNA by increasing representation and elevating experiences within the club in order to create lifelong brand advocates.
